why don't you check out his home town. do a call to there. if your really worried about the guy then you won't mind paying the phone bill lmao

You could hire a private investigator, but you might have to try one in Poland or in neighbouring countries instead of the UK (just a suggestion). If you're sure he has a criminal record then you could try a lawyer to see what it says about law in the EU...
