There are weapons out there that have been developed to do this kind of thing and yes there are theories that it may have been a deliberate act. www.infowars.com www.prisonplanet.com also i must apologise for the question even using god as an option as i am atheist and dont beleive he actually exists!

Hi! I am from "that part of the world- Sri Lanka" Its definitely an act of nature- if god is there maybe it was a bit too much for him to handle then. Anyway, yes weapons and stuff were brought in to the country-as " AID", children who lost their families were recruited by the terrorist as soldiers and at the same time most of the navy bases were destroyed as well as the terrorist bases- for a moment the country thought "finally we can have peace now, with all the international attention and MOU's-" But the tsunami didn't change the hearts of terrorist ..so its an act of nature which aided terrorism.

Act of nature. There is not and never has been an entity known as "god".
The terrorism bit is quite good though - read Michael Crichton's State of Fear to find out JUST how possible it is (the technology he describes actually exists and is capable of doing what he says it can - I checked).

If you care to read the Bible it seems that God is guilty of a number of terrorist acts in order to impose his/her religious ideology.
I wouldn't put it past God to conjure up a little tsunami, would you?

GOD - he wouldn't purely punnish cleanse that part of the world unless your line of thinking is all the rich ,evil materialistic ones would go there so thats why the he/she did it.
TERRORISM - way to difficult for them, unless it's G.W. terrorists trying to steal the worlds waste products for there evil plan.
Possibly the devil (if you believe) trying to make us all think it was god being horrifically mean.
I'd go for nature. With a bit of over population making it worse.

Testing of nuclear weapons underground could, possibly, cause an earthquake. So it could be an act of terrorism.

Has God become a terrorist? Not happy with the jobs all the people who claim He is on their side are doing?
