Definitely Kama Sutra, but You`re looking for belletristic.:-)) My favorite is "War&Peace" by Tolstoy (in my opinion that`s the greatest novel ever, and only can be partly matched by "Lord of the rings"). However my biggest challenges for reading were "Conversation in the Cathedral" by Mario Vargas Llosa, and "Red and Black" by Stendal. First is fantastic, Ulliseys like, psichological and political thriller, written as fragments of different people`s memories and confessions; the second having wonderfull plot, but written like Napoleon`s Civil code (hard&heavy). And I suppose I must mention Herman Hesse, his books can definitely change You...

That really depends on what you're interested in. Here's a few books that I liked:
Play to the Angel
Number the Stars
The Land
The Silent Boy
Auditioning for the Musical Theatre
Charlotte's Web
Little Women
The Secret Garden
Wenny Has Wings
All-American Girl
Oliver Twist (although I'm not done with it yet, still good)
And a few series that I liked:
Left Behind
Becomming Beka
Left Behind: the Kids
The Princess Diaries
The Babysitters Club
Those may be too young for you. Or too girly. I read a lot of them when I was in junior high (some even before), but they were still pretty good at the time.

It depends on your interests. If you like some fantasy, then Harry Potter. It's an extremely hot fantasy series ( after finishing all 6 books you will just have to wait for Book 7, coming up on July 21 ). If you prefer some horror, search for Hannibal Rising(see that movie out there?). If you have some interest about evil young genius/polymath/criminal mastermind, Artemis Fowl series is pretty good... A librarian will come in handy in this case. And keep in mind that children books(or books that were mainly aimed for children) such as Harry Potter and Artemis Fowl actually turn out to be very good and interesting, so don't hesitate to throw a look at them. Eventually you could be addicted to those books and start acting like the characters, who knows ^_^

One way that I get suggestions for the next book to read is by going to amazon.com and searching for a book that I really liked. They'll give you a list of a few other books under "Customers who bought this item also bought..." and sometimes I'll read the descriptions/reviews of those books. Also, if you have an amazon account they'll give you recommendations based on what you search for and own, etc.
