I'm not in school,but when I was it was against school policy to be barefoot.

I didn't go barefoot back when I was in school, except for PE which is normally taught barefoot here in the Netherlands. I didn't pay much attention to whether my feet got dirty or not, we were supposed to wash them (or preferably even shower) after PE, but hardly anyone ever did and they didn't ever check up on us.

My school has rats and lazy janitors, not walking on that floor ever.

We aren't allowed to take our shoes off unless we are changing our shoes. They are so strict on eighth graders!
