I am going to give you my suggesting, although, not to earn the points, but to really help you with your weird situation. If you have not spoken to your friend regarding her rudeness, it would be to your best interest spend more time with your other friend.
Explaining to her that (your first friend) why she is acting rude because you have persuade her not to leave her out and it hurt you feelings. If she is unreasonable to continue friendship, it is time to hang out with quality friends.
God Bless

Well your best friend probably enjoyed making your other friend feel bad. Now that you tell your best friend to be nice to your other friend she's probably nice to your other friend because she wants to make you jealous. just talk to them at the same time and ask them what's up.

wait it out. stick around and hang out as much as possible, but dont be too overbearing with them. (dont try to butt in when you feel like your not wanted) They will get tired of each other soon, and your friend will come back to you. I promise, this will work. Its just part of growing up.

i think that you should get her off to the side and really talk to her. let her know that she doesn't have to be mean to you to make your other friend feel good and she doesn't have to be mean to the other friend to be nice to you.

Your bff is obviously not on the same page with you. Talk to her again and explain it like you did with us!
Best Wishes ;)
