When you see or experience something, and you kind of remember doing it before. Except, you really can't remember ever doing it or seeing it before.
i.e.
You see a black cat with a red scarf climbing an apple tree. It triggers a memory of seeing this before, but you are sure it has not happened.
Some people say that deja vu is proof that reincarnation exixts.

It means that you've already seen it happen before it happens. Deja Vu is French for Already Seen. It's like seeing a glimpse of future ahead of time.

If you have seen the movie "Enter The Matrix" then you would know. E.G. you see 1 black cat walk past a doorway, stops 3/4 way, shakes it's fur, carrys on walking. Then you see another walk past the doorway, stop 3/4 way, shake it's fur and then carry on walking. This could apply to anything.

It’s a strange feeling like you remember a moment you are presently living. And you’re like, ‘why does this seem like a memory when it just now happened?’ It’s mysterious because you don’t know if it you dreamt it before it happened, if you’re whole life is a memory that you are remembering on your death bed, if it is just familiar because you did something really similar before, or who knows. It’s easy to understand it if you experience it but it’s hard to explain.

It's actually a mini seizure. And if you have them all the time you need to see a neurologist for anticonvulsant meds.
