No overdrive?

I recently took on the job of rebuilding an auto trans. All works well I have gotten rid of all of the codes. (governor pressure solonoid and sensor) It shifts fine 1st thru 3rd. I can't get it to shift into overdrive. It is giving no codes. it's a 2001 dodge ram 5.2L by the way

When you start the truck the computer keeps the transmission from shifting into overdrive for a few miles when the temperature is below 20F. If you didn't get the sensor or electronic control hooked up right it will never go into overdrive.
