I'm at an intermediate-beginning stage. Just looking for your thoughts on cuteness-factor. I know neither shoe is all that glamorous, but this is for lessons and practice. Would love opinions. Thanks!!!

(PS I already have the Closed Toe X-Strap but found the heel is a little too high for me.)

I like how the T-strap looks, but it really depends what is more comfortable for you. T-strap also seems to have less of a chance of digging into your foot at the top. Basic desing looks a bit plain, especially when it is on the foot. I'd go for a T-strap.

But both of them look like charachter shoes, not ballroom. If you are just starting out, or looking for a sturdy pair to dance socially I guess they will work, but keep in mind that they are a bit too stiff for serious technical work.

Are you doing standard only? I ask, because every woman I know uses Latin shoes for general practice in both Latin/rhythm and standard/smooth.
