I have heard that pollution can cause psychological alterations due to the chemicals involved and also the affect on the atmosphere (haze, smog, etc. can lead to depression, which would further the discontent with tradition and values. what are your thoughts? Please don't answer with "because liberals are for the environment" because so are conservatives..

I'm extremely conservative- and I'm also a free thinking artist(yes,its my full time real job) in Southern California. Don't let Hollywierd fool you- we are out here in droves---

actually the opposite is probably true

there are high populations in major cities (where most educated people live and work) and they are subject to (and the cause of) the pollution so they therefore understand the problem of pollution and are in a position (being educated) to do something about it (don't be an ignorant sheep bush lover)..

More pollution= more instances of brain alteration in the populace= more votes for Republican candidates. The liberal movement has to grow to fight this surge of stupidity.
