family present problem?

Question

I need to buy birthday gifts for my 2 little cousins (12 & 10) they are both boys. Anyway I'm looking for inexpensive (under $10) xlothes/toys/sports stuff you can order offline cuz my parents are divorced and these kids are on dad's side and I love them like they're my bro's but mom resents that. Anyway... need your ideas! Thanks guys
