You're talking about Tiffany "O'So Krispie" Baker. It's the remix of the song.
She is the one who won the reality show "R U the Girl?" that was created to find or discover a new talent to work with T-Boz and Chilli from TLC. Originally she was supposed to go on tour with them but since their new single that they created didn't do well they decided not to tour. O'So is a choreographer, singer and rapper. The girl is very talented.
