I moved in to a condo February 1 st and signed a one year lease. I paid the first and last months rent. I have two other roommates and there has been a lot of problems since I moved in. The biggest probelm that I have is that both of my roommates smoke weed everyday in the house and the house reeks of pot. I can't take living there anymore so I told the landlord and he says that I am responsible for finding someone to take over the lease. He also told me that if I'm unable to find somene to take over the rent that I will continue to have to pay the rent even when I move out, even though subleasing is apart of the lease. He also stated that I couldn't break the lease because the other roommates are smoking pot and that I couldn't prove it, even though I can.
My main question is this a reasonable cause to break a lease? Am I responsible for continuing to pay rent even when I move out? Should I be able to continue to live there and the other two evicted?

I'm looking over my lease and there is a clause in it that states "the tenant will not engage in any illegal trade or activity on or about the premises." What can that do for my case?
