I saw a child's book that showed a woman as a company president instead of home taking care of the kids and her husband! Worse, I saw a school book that -- get this -- showed a black manager who was giving assignments to white men!!! The next thing you know is that they'll allow homosexuals to have equal rights!

I know I'm dealing with americans and it's disappointing to find my fellow americans to be so friggin stupid. Even w/ the sarcasm, they don't get the POINT.

you're wasting your time and good humor. Folks are largely oblivious to any sort of sarcasm or irony these days, how else to explain a two term GW Bush presidency ? People are gobbling up literalism like its candy these days. Its just a sad sad world we live in...
