B, D, and E B. there will be a double bond with the oxygen and the three Cl molecules bonded to the P making 5 finished bonds D. there'll resonance in this shape and back could have extra advantageous than 4 bonds. i think of there will be 7. E. this could have a S with 3 O atoms linked to it. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that 2 of the O communities would be double bonded and one would be a single bond arising 5 bonds.
