Please,I need a concrete answer here....

It's kind of a long story,but I'm getting blood work done in 3 and a half days and don't want nicotine to show up in the results. I can't remember if they're testing my blood or my urine.

I don't understand your delema! don't smoke!!!! you think staying in your system is bad you should have to deal with nicotine addiction. I smoked for over 20 years. and I don't want to ever go threw withdrawls again.

i'm guessing that you mean marijuana nicotine? well, unfortunately, you can't do anything to get it out of the bloodstream. however, what you can do is to stop smoking whatever it is you're smoking at this particular time. i'm sorry if that isn't good, but that's what you need to do.

It just those multinational giving wrong stuff to people there are no scientific backing any smoker will experience it's the so called withdrawl symptoms.
You feel better off when you give up smoking.
