I would definately get a steam cleaner if you want to keep it. Or at least boil water(drop of dish or laundry soap), toss it on there and soak it up with a wet vac or towels. DONT just cover up the smell, could be trouble. Maybe use some carpet cleaner, but not with boiling water cause it could fade it.

Throw it away. Whenever you see a nice piece of upholstered furniture on the streets of New York, consigned to the garbage, 9 times out of 10 it will have cat urine in it.

You could wash a cushion cover, replacing the foam, but this is not how office chairs are put together.

Oh my goodness! I know just what you are talking about! I work at a bank and one of our nasty customers peed all over one of our chairs! They wouldn't let us throw it away so we just moved it into one of the offices. It is so gross. All we could do was put a fan on it and spray it with frebreze. Then, we tried to buy new chairs and the home office told us that we couldn't get any. Ugh! Good luck!

If you don't own a carpet cleaner, rent one, like Rug Doctor and steam clean it.
