if you created a photo in your computer, normally your computer doesn't have a URL. It may have a destination address.

So if you saved your photo in your "My documents" folder..
the address would be...
C:\Documents and Settings\Your.Loggon Name\My Documents\xxx.jpeg

In order to get URL, you need to 'upload' your picture to an FTP server, or some kind of a picture uploading site. (Alot of myspace and similar users use them)
After uploading the picture, just click on the picture from online, and the URL will be showing in your internet explorer or fire fox Address bar....
probably starting something with http://...blawblawblaw

First you'll have to upload the picture to an image hosting website, or your own web space (if you haven't already).

If you upload it to an image hosting site they'll give you the URL when the picture is finished uploading, or it'll be the URL in the address bar when they show you the final image on their site. If you've uploaded the picture to your own web space then the URL is wherever you put it. For example, if you uploaded it to a directory on your web site called "pics" then the URL would be www. yourwebsite .com/pics/"picturename".jpg

If you need image hosting you can check the sites below.

Umm... assuming you mean the file location, I would say search for the filename in Find or Search, depending on your operating system. Or, check My Documents and My Pictures to see if it ended up there. Try making a new file and pressing Save, then check the folder that opens automatically there.
