I don't know if it's possible but try this. When you connect the other iPod in it's gonna ask you if you wanna add updates or songs I think automatically click no so you can put them yourself automatically. After that try clicking on the song you want to put and drag it to Library. Just try that to see if it works.

you need to download itunes software, then "authorize" the computer in the itunes software. you will need to keep your ipod with you when you do this.
