If you and your partner are monogamous and you've been tested for HIV, AIDS and other STDs then it's really about preference. It won't hurt you and it's not "bad." But if you are with someone and you're not 100% positive that they're clean, you can get STDs through swallowing sperm. Be safe.

Yeah, sprem is terrible for you. Sperm and semen are safe.

no not at all... but it may have a bad taste so if you arent ready for ti it is ok to let it ooze out of your mouth..also some guys let loose with thier sperm with some forace so that could make you choke but make him tell you when he is ready and it willbe ok have fun and good luck
