Kilpatric, Rockefeller, or just on the half-shell is fine with me. Awesome! I've actually tried "Rocky mountain" oysters, I'll try anything once, but I didn't care for them. To close to home for me I guess. I just couldn't get over what they really were.

I used to go to a place in Severance CO called Bruce's. Their motto at Bruce's was "Come to Bruce's and have a ball!" I still smile when I think about that. I like both kinds of oysters though the kilpatric kind are much more exotic to me being that I'm a midwesterner.
