first off... where is the girl from? different places have their own dialects. but if you just want to be able to speak something that she would understand wherever she may be from, go with tagalog.
there are far way too many phrases to enumerate here.. so if you want to learn, find a filipino who's willing to help you and exchange emails.

goodness me... what you're asking is quite a task, but let's try, shall we? and within my generation (i'm 22)
(pa-RE) Pare! >> (hey buddy!)
(reas as is) kaloka! >> (just an expression for girls... meaning that's crazy)
(read as is) Anong ginagawa mo jan >> what are you doing?
(ang COOL-it COOL-it moe) ang kulit kulit mo! >> you're annoying,, or you're naughty,, or just an expression that meant you're irritated
(read as is) talaga lang ha... >> really... (in a sacrastic way)
**and now i can't think of anything. i'm currently residing in another country so i haven't spoken those in quite some time. if you want to learn more, i'm online in yahoo most of the time, so feel free to buzz.

the examples given here are very good actually, but if you put it wrongly, it will make you sound like a nerd
always remember that tagalog words sound as they are read, and note the "a" is pronounced as "ahh" not "eyy"
the letter "e" is said as "ehh" not as "eee"
"g" in beginning of a word is pronounced as "guhh" like in vincent van "goh";
got it?
here are some good ones
"ayos ba tayo jan repapips?" (are we ok there buddy?)
"san ang gimik" (where's the gimick?)
"bong ga ka day" (girl you're cool, or hip)
"tom guts na ko" (i'm hungry)
"uki nana dey toy" (this is swearing, and this is one of the coolest forms)
"kati yag bols ko ah"(my balls are itchy)
"ebs muna ko" (I'm going to take a dump)
"STYLE mo bulok" (you're style is crap, or just like saying "get outta here man!")
the other one gave you "malibog ako" which means "I'm horny" or "I'm full of libido"
e-mail me if you need some more or you need translating some english phrases into cool tagalog, be glad to help you
