Why do you think white people are responsible for most of mankind's inventions and technology?

I didn't realize how many people bought into the myth that whites "stole" the things we created.........pretty scary.

I should have expanded my question to include things like Philosophy, Pyschology, Science, Medicine/Surgery, and Art (paintings, sculpture and of course music). Whites have dominated this as well.... Did we "steal" these too???

Did somebody ACTUALLY say Greeks and Italians weren't white? I happen to be half Italian and my mom has blond hair/blue eyes...

Regardless, the fact of the matter is whites may not have the first idea on everything BUT as my question states "are responsible for most of mankind's inventions and techonlogy" (whether its directly or indirecty this holds true)

They didn't and Philosophy, mathematics, and surgery were Egyptian creations and not Greeks.

White people are not responsible for MOST inventions and technology. They have picked up where others left off and done marvelous things with them. But they are not the foundation. I'm not trying to discredit white achievements at all because they have contributed much, but they are not the inventors of these schools of thought. Most of them were created in Egypt where the Greeks went to learn from the Africans.

Also, Egyptians created Science. The Egyptians and Babylonians knew the earth was round nearly 5000 years before the whites did, without the technology of today. The Egyptians and Babylonians knew there was 12 planets over 5000 years before whites, although they counted the Moon and Sun as part of the 12. Art and music were created before whites had a notable country or kingdom. You're truly your fathers son, trying to steal what others have done and claim it as your accomplishments.

To give a small example of how the Greeks learned from the Egyptians and acted as though they created it, here's quotes from a Greek Historian Herodotus, in His book, the History of Herodotus (400 B.C.E.):

But the Egyptian Hercules is one of their ancient gods. Seventeen thousand years before the reign of Amasis, the twelve gods were, they affirm, produced from the eight: and of these twelve, Hercules is one.

Much less can I admit that the Egyptians borrowed these customs, or any other, from the Greeks. My belief is that Melampus got his knowledge of them from Cadmus the Tyrian, and the followers whom he brought from Phoenicia into the country which is now called Boeotia.

Almost all the names of the gods came into Greece from Egypt. My inquiries prove that they were all derived from a foreign source, and my opinion is that Egypt furnished the greater number.

The gods, with whose names they [Egyptians] profess themselves unacquainted, the Greeks received, I believe, from the Pelasgi, except Neptune. Of him they got their knowledge from the Libyans, by whom he has been always honoured, and who were anciently the only people that had a god of the name. Whites aren't not resopnsible for that much. I mean they were the last ones to be civilized. Sure white folks have come up with some nifty gadets as of late, but none of it would have been possible without contributions from other races.


one example would be the pythagorean theorem, which we know could not have been invented in Greece if it was in use in Egypt thousands of years before.

Another would be Copernicus "discovery" of heliocentrism which had to be known among the ancients.

The Quran mentions God is lord of "the two easts and the two wests" indicating that they probably thought of the Earth as round. White people claimed to have discovered that as well.

From beginning to end history is replete with example of whites taking credit for the discoveries and inventions of others.

Hmmm. From the world history that I've studied, the birthplace of philosophy and the arts is in the Mediterranean area....Greece, Italy, etc. Those folks have olive colored skin and are NOT white!
The reason that whites "dominate" others is because they have systematically destroyed all the non-whites they've come in contact with. Of course it would be easy to look superior when you kill other people.
Native Americans - you gave them blankets infected with diseases. Nice.
Africans - you stacked us in ships so close together that we couldn't sit up or turn over. We had to sit in our own waste and over half of us died on the journey. Great.
I'm really glad YOU'RE proud of that. The only thing whites invented is destruction and racism.
