She has just come up to me last month and hasnt gotten over it, I have not done anything yet she is accusing me of all this stuff. we were friends againg for about a week than today called me... what should i do? is it time to give up?

yes if someone accuse you all the time if stuff you never did you dont need to be friends

You shouldn't wast your time if she is accusing you of things then you don't need her in your life! Just move on and find some one else that don't accuses you . Besides that not a friend anymore .

Respect her wishes and move on. Life is too short to waste on mean people and if she is accusing you of things that you both know are not true...see is mean.
Why do you want to still be her friend? Sounds like you are needy, forget her.
