How do you edit a story on fanfiction.net?

Will your reviews get deleted?The only way I have edited a story is to delete the story and then post the new edited version.

you have to edit it on your computer then upload the document the way you normally would for a new chapter or story.
After you've done that, click on "stories" on the side-bar. There you click on "edit"
you find yourself in "properties" and should select "content/chapters" on the top underneath the bar for "stories guide", "list stories", etc.
in "content/chapters" you scroll down to the bottom. There you can choose to replace a chapter with the uploaded document.
After that it's pretty clear what to do

when you first upload a document, i believe fanfiction.net gives you the option of editing, but if you miss stuff, there is another way to edit.

if your story is already up, go to stories, edit, and chapters/content, where you are given the oppurtunity to backup, delete, or export. if you export the chapter you want to edit, you can make the changes on what is on the document right there and then replace the chapter (simple, huh?).

this is the way i fix most of my small mistakes and your reviews will not get deleted (i'm not sure if they can be deleted anyways). i hope i helped!
