We call it The Katy Freeway. You would call it part of I-10. On the east side of Houston I-10 is the East Freeway.
Interstate 45 north out of downtown Houston is called the North Freeway and Interstate 45 south out of downtown is the Gulf Freeway.
Interstate highways 10 and 45 intersect in downtown Houston, Texas.
So there are their names!

I 24 is minutes away, but I 65 and I 40 are within an hour
