funny you asked this, becase my rent was due yesterday and i was $100 short, so i had to go to one of those quick loan places, and get a quick $500 loan to cover rent and water. lol. I am now putting more money into the bank so i will never have to be short of money again.

Go to a payday loan place. You take your last paycheck, last bank statement, a check from your checking account, and maybe a utility bill. They loan you the money until next payday. Of course they charge you ridiculous interest, but in a pinch, once in awhile, it's ok.

Sell something.

Ask a family member for a loan.

Talk to your landlord. If you've never been late, he may cut you a break and let you pay the $200 next payday, with a late fee.

Unless you have someone you can borrow the money from, you might have to take it in short. It would be better to pay it short and make an agreement on when you can pay the rest than run the risk of not paying at all and being evicted...good luck
OH you could always pawn something to get the $$ fast, but then you run the risk of not getting it out in time and losing it!

Get an advance from your boss at your job. Get a loan from a friend or family member. Go to the check cashing center where they do those loans and charge and incredibly large interest rate. Go and withdrawal the money from your bank account. Hope one of these ideas works for you. Good luck and God bless****

Tell the landlord the problem and offer to pay the balance out over time.

Otherwise, a signature loan company or hock some stuff.

Good luck. I have always found that being up front and honest helps me. Talk to the landlord.

have you got something you can sell besides your body ? stay away from those high interest loan shops. you'll just dig a deeper hole. go to your land lord and let them know your situation. make the partial payment. see if you can pay $50.00 a week to catch up. how long have you lived there and how many times have you been late ? if you have been a good tenant i think they will work with you. besides they can't evict you over night.
no friends or relatives to fall back on ? a dead beat boy friend ?

If this is the first time that you're late, explain to your landlord or apartment complex leaders and let them know your situation and tell them that next payday you will have the funds. More than likely, they will do that but will tack on extra charges after the 3rd or 4th...so you will owe more $ along with your rent.

examine your lease. in case you're nevertheless perplexed, communicate over along with your superintendent or landlady. in a great number of cases the day isn't an exact day yet something like "the first, yet with a grace era of seven days, at which element there's a overdue fee." you need to have lengthy gone over that when you signed the lease. I examine my on-line economic employer statements. My landlady not in any respect deposits the exams till like the fifth besides, yet i elect at hand her the examine on the thirty first. we are on solid words.

If it was me I would have waited to get my car fixed,
A roof over my head would have been the first thing for me,
It's done now though, can you get a bank loan, or any type of credit ??
Do you have friends or family that can bail you out.

Read your rental agreement for late fees. When will you have the additional $200.00? Call your landlord and tell them that you will have the $ next week. Pay them what you have.
