I want to apply to get my old paper provisional (motorcycle/still valid) license converted to the now compulsary photo provisional in order to take lessons for a car.
Its simple enough to do.
I just fill in a D1 DVLA form available from the post office and send it off with a P.O for £19 and three forms of I.D.
But here in lie's the problem... I have no form of photo id, which i am told i will need.
My passport was lost months ago during a house move and i dont want the added expense of getting a new one just yet.
What other forms of ID can be used instead????

I thought you could just get the photos you send in certified, ie from a doctor, or other official person ie a Police Officer (provided you know one) this would negate the need for photo ID
