The term "Shemale" is referencing the porn industry's representation of transsexuals. In essence, a transsexual (in this example) is a male who is undergoing the process of chemically and physically transforming into a female. A "shemale" is nothing more than a pre-operative transsexual, meaning all the plumbing works in it's respective manner. However, by that point, the little hotdog is probably shooting blanks.

If they weren't born with it then it does not operate and function normally. I don't think a penis put on by surgery can even get hard. I also don't think a fake vagina put on by surgery can get wet and they can not have an orgasm of any kind. Doesn't that just make you want to switch genders. LOL
