Ring or visit the council authority involved. They can tell you wether or not it's been granted for a particular site, but facts like actual layout is in some circumstances held back untill completion of build.
You have a right to know just in case you wish to lodge a protest etc.

yeah there is lot websites to check but if u are interested in buying apartment in turkey i will help you the place is in didim lovely city and reasonable prices would you love to go and see?
