My favorite is Spiderman 2. I thought that the greatest scene was when Spiderman woke up on the subway train floor with his mask off and a kid tells him ," Don't worry, we won't tell". I think that scene summed up the Super Hero's live in that one scene. He gave his all to save the innocent and the innocent honor him by respecting his secret identity.

I'd have to say Spiderman as well,I mean Peter Parker
tries to live a normal teenage life during the day yet
after class he keeps his city safe and swings around the
city all night kickin a.s.s

I can't wait for Spiderman 3, that's going to be so Cool,
I didn't know that Spiderman was Venom, cause I have
comics of Venom but they make no reference to Peter
Parker or Spiderman..Oh well I'll just have to wait until
the movies comes out...

Spiderman 2 was my second favorite, but The Shadow is the most underrated superhero movie. I can't think of a movie with better casting or art direction. John Lone is by far the most underrated actor working today.

Definitely The Crow

My favorite although he probably wasn't considered a super hero was The Crow. Eric Draven and his girl were wrongly murdered and he was brought back from the dead to avenge their deaths which he does with extreme prejudice and style. Nothings cooler than a story where the people who are "above the law" get what's coming to them in a brutal manner. It was based on a comic book as well.

I love that scene from Spiderman also but my favorite is Xmen 3. I love the sentiment that mutants are people too. I think this could be really great for kids who feel like they are outsiders.

Unbreakable

I think that should count. Maybe it isn't Superman or Batman, but he has a super power and it's kind of a unique twist on the traditional.
