Not my children no, but I ride a public bus. My bus is fine. There's a few guys on my bus that are really annoying but they aren't dangerous or anything and I tolerate them. Just a question....how would my parents know if I behaved on my bus?

It really depends on what school, the school's reputation and the kids going to the school I think. My bus is really calm. No monitors or whatever the other people said. Different grades ride in different parts of the bus on mine and that works fine. I sit with my friends and we just talk the whole time. I go to a public school.

its not the nicest sight to see children on public school buses these days. with all they are learning at school, depending on how your child behave at home he will behave on the bus. most of the time there is screaming throwing things and trouble. but the driver does not usualy watch. there can be fights going on and the driver wont see! i took the kids out of the bus

No..we don't have a public school bus system at all...but I did hear on the radio this morning that most school buses..the driver has a seat belt but the kids do not and that in all US states only two states are required to have seat belts on school buses...New Jersey and Florida...Now isn't that stupid..these are our kids...How many school bus accidents do you see on the news, eh???

No they do not. The school system had to hire extra monitors to ride the buses to control the children and the fighting.

My son rides the bus home from school and he is well behaved but don't all parents say that about their kids. I hope he behaves on the bus.

Lately, I've heard, on the tube, the some sexually abuse others. I am not saying that all do. When I was growing up, my father supervised the buses, so I didn't have that problem. As a matter of fact, kids acted as if I'd break if they talked to me.

The only time they ride the busses is with the school sports teams to sporting events. My children have never ridden the buss to school and they never will. I live in a district where one bus driver is in prison for child molestation (she lived around the corner from me) and I have seen first hand drivers who are verbally abusive to children.

Transportation to and from college has continuously been a warm concern in my neck of the woods. various unmarried parent residences or both father and mom artwork and the Districts round us have shrink again on even as and the position they are going to %. babies up. they have arise with a no longer-so-magnificent plan of dropping some babies off at a efficient region and individuals could %. their babies up there. those drop-off/%.-up spots are on the line at a convenience save, on yet another highway at yet another convenience save and on yet another highway intersection. It particular looks to me they are putting our babies in threat only to maintain a pair of pennies. The drivers drop the youngsters off and cruise suitable on down the line and not using a concept about even if the youngsters are picked up on time or concern for the a lengthy time period of the youngsters being left on my own and unattended. This became the interior sight college district's answer to the expanding fee of gasoline, upkeep prices, etc. They opted for this quite than fee for rides. The Districts have chosen between the lesser of two evils quite than arise with a doable answer that keeps our babies threat-free and would not over-boost our budgets. father and mom could no longer could pay for transporting their baby to and from college nor could the youngsters be left on the aspect of a hectic highway. someone needs to reform the reforms of the school equipment. youngster's protection could be seen first and bigger.

That video of kids fighting on the schoolbus really spoke to me. It's scary to think about something like that happening when the only adult present is behind the wheel and trying to drive! I am fortunate to be able to drive my son to school - he attends at the school where I teach.
