Gosh you are only 13 and on a date? oh well...u have to remember that make-up is NOT beauty (dont get me wrong, im a big fan). Instead, it just 'touches up' ur real beauty. I'd say use dark eyeliner, mascara, and a colored lipgloss. That's the real secret. Many times you'll find people who use so much make up that they actually manage to look ugly. And as for clothes, wear a cute dress or skirt, nothing very uncomfortable, or u won't have a good time.

If I were you I would put on either foundation or powder unless you already have nice clear skin, also curl your eyelashes and use a lengthening mascara ( I recommend telescopic by loreal) As for eyeshadow it is ok to go a little more sparkly than normal becuase you are going to be in dim lights all night. A little blush and a swipe of lip gloss should do the trick. For dressing I think jeans and a shiny shirt should look fabulous.

yeah the uglier you are the more makeup you need
But you are too young to have ANY fun at a dance club, I would HATE to see the dance club that let's 13 year olds in eek

Just dont dress like a slut like many girls in your age range do these days. Also dont wear too much make up either.

put on a a black leather full-length body suit with the top resembling a tank top, thigh high leather boots, hold a black whip in your hand, put a upper-face mask on and leather gloves, and a leather police cap. Oh yea, and stand on a street corner and you should be set

You should dress comfortably don't wear heels wears shoes you can stand on your feet for extended periods...Also wear light makeupe but make sure that you use a color on your eyes that make them pop and stand out...

paint your nails what ever color your outfit is. my advice.
aother advice is that u should buy mayching stuff!
