No, Hinata and Naruto have not gotten together, and at this point it looks unlikely. He has this obsession, or did when he was younger, with Sakura. Though his heart is set on the pink haired ninja medic, she does not feel the same way for him, like Hinata to Naruto. Like Naruto, every little "moment" they have, is an overexaggeration of an accidental situation or a moment that can be taken a different way, sort of like a pervert who sees sexuality in every situation. They are so head over heels for their "significant other" they'll take absolutely anything they can get and wrap it into a moment, more so Naruto than Hinata. She definitely has a huge crush on him, and until Sakura leaves the picture, Hinata has no shot, just like until Sasuke kicks the bucket, Naruto for the time being doesn't stand a chance to capture Sakura's heart.
And to further the point, if Naruto does have feelings for Hinata, which judging by the few encounters they have, the one before he fights in the chuunin exam and when he returns from the 2 1/2 year training stint with Jiraiya...Naruto is oblivious to Hinata's shyness and effatuation with him. He thinks she's just a weird girl who acts shy all the time with low self esteem. Naruto and Hinata, though are not together nor may not be in the near future, are the same when it comes to loving someone, both are in love with someone who does not love them back, but instead loves another. But ya never know with an anime, anything can happen..lol

Well seeing as it's a fiction Cartoon I predict that Sasuke will leave Orochimaru and perhaps eliminate Itachi; if Naruto doesn't first, Sasuke and Sakura will most likely meet up one day and get together Leaving Naruto in the dumps... but since it's a cartoon they can't just leave the main character alone. Hinata might go with Naruto. :/ unless... Naruto kills Itachi and Sasuke gets mad and fights Naruto, Naruto kills Sasuke and Naruto is left with Sakura and Hinata has to go with Kiba, HAHA. Also you cannot make the Neji&Hinata assumption either since inter family "love" is highly frowned upon in Japan.

I dont know what Naruto Shipuuden is but i watch the Jappanese anime and there on Episode 224 and Hinata and Naruto are not together.(He still doesnt like her)
