Hello there, I love drawing as a hobby and I'd like to know more about being a muralist. What kind of training or diploma should I apply for?
Yours suggestions are welcome...cheers :)

You need to develop your style.

Practice making different pieces, using a base EG. mdf or ply cut to right size.

You'll need to invest in equipment EG. a slide projector, so you can project images onto walls to fill in to desired effect.

College? Go to a good one, & advertise for commissions!

draw a small picture, then draw the same thing again but larger and keep going until your somewhere near the size mural you want. then you should be good enough to try doing it 4 real.
the best of luck.
