you always hear about underaged celeberties drinking and partying. How do restaurants and bars get away with serving them? Clearly they know these people are under 21. why don't they get repramaned for serving people underage. There are strict penatlites for that.

when you are rich the standard is don't card, will serve,,, besides, do you know who these people are that are drinking underage,,, of vourse yu do,, and do you what mommy and daddy will do if you don't serve them,,, well you don't want to becauser they know people in high places and the place they are going will no longer be the newest trendy spot if they are not served,,,, bottom line- it's illegal and it's bullsh*t,,,but ain't no one doing anything about it,,, except checking them into rehab at 16.

They were showing something about that on TV not too long ago. The clubs want the stars to be seen there so that way they can get some publicity. There is really no way to tell if they are serving the underage stars alcohol because we don't know exactly what they are drinking. Although, a few clubs have gotten into trouble in the past and after a few warnings they were finally forced to shut down.

Most clubs and bars are so thrilled to have the celebs there that they won't say anything. In spots like L.A. and Vegas where the celebs go are considered the new 'hotspot' so they will never discourage anyone underage from coming. If you notice how much stuff they get away with by breaking the law it's pretty obvious even the police are starstruck.

Why do restaurants get away with serving alcohol to underage individuals who are not celebrities?

Even though I am not a drinker, I still believe if one is able to hold a gun and go to another country and fight a war at 18 then that person should be able to drink.

Sometimes, underage celebrities will hang out with people that are of age and will get drinks through them. Most people are too star struck to say anything.

I am totally with you on this one. I think that the celebs that are under age should get the same punishment as any other person that is not "famous". So being a celeb means the laws don't apply to you? Where do I sign up!

same issue the following. the problem that makes the distinction is they have funds and many connections and they are going to whinge until eventually they get out of it and get what they prefer. in my opinion i'm ill of it, there is continuously some new teenaged superstar partying and eating, it truly is getting insanely previous.

They (the restaurants) do for the money. How they get away with it...I don't know. Maybe you should call someone
