I am looking to purchase a Macbook within the near future, and first off, I can't decide between black or white...secondly, I have been told that there may be a new OS coming out in the Spring of 07' so I'm not sure if I should wait a few months to purchase, or just go ahead and make my buy now. I have a PC notebook currently, but the plug has become very loose, and my battery does not work at all, so I rely on my wall adapter for power. Hence, the reason I am looking to purchase within the next few months.

How is the Leapord OSX going to be any different than the Tiger, and is it really worth waiting?

It depends.
The black macbooks hold more memory but are really expensive.
The white macbooks hold less but are much cheaper.
I would wait till the new o xs leopard comes out. It is way better at everything.

If you can afford it, black. If you won't mind the stains, white. If you can wait for OS X 10.5 Leopard then wait, it will probably have a few bugs with it. OS X 10.4 Tiger is pretty good and stable. You can always upgrade later if you happen to get a Macbook now.

a white macbook looks than the black. The black one seems out of the ordinary notebook, but the white macbook is like Apple signature and one of a kind only laptop; the Macbook.

It's easy to find in the Dark :-)
Mac OSX Leopard is due to ship the last week of March, so as I am, I would wait till then to get the Macbook.

black it will not show all of the mark that you make on it the white will show ever thing
