My xBox wont play xbox games but it will play music disks and an error message appers so how can i fix it?

Can you tell me what is wrong and how i can fix it without having to send it in to microsoft if possible.

You can take it to a repair shop for game consoles or you can clean you xbox and the cd. (Cd may be too scratched so the xbox can't read it.)

try getting a cd/dvd cleaning kit. Its just a disk with little brushes on the bottem. It will clean the lens. Worked on my ps2. You can get them from most electrical shops.

XBOX always seem to have problems, that's why I stick with playstations and have no problems.
