You have polyuria, which translates into "frequent urination". Causes of polyuria are bladder infections, interstitial cystitis, diabetes, diuretic use, pregnancy and tumors.
Pregnancy tends to cause frequent urination due to an enlarging uterus. You usually have to be about 4 months pregnant for the uterus to enlarge enough to press on your bladder.
Infections and interstitial cystitis cause frequent urination by causing the bladder to be inflamed.
Tumors cause polyuria by pressing against the bladder and not allowing expansion of the bladder.

Increased urinary frequency can be a sign of an early urinary tract infection. It can also be a sign of diabetes. A urinalysis and culture should be able to differentiate the two. If both tests are normal, then I would consider urethral stenosis which is when the urethra is narrowed and this can be fixed by seeing a urologist (a bladder specialist) who can dilate the narrowing.Less likely are bladder spasms, which could also be diagnosed by the urologist.

Could be a bladder infection or something else.
I would wait another week, take another test, and make an appointment with your regular doctor to check out what could be going on.

Could be a urinary tract infection if you are feeling the urge to urinate frequently. You would need to see a doctor to confirm that and to get antibiotics to treat it if so.

If you've also been having pain or a "stinging" sensation when you urinate, you might have a urinary tract infection.

you could have a bladder infection. Have you got your period yet? If you miss your period and keep peeing, then you should take another one. You could test too early.
