About 30 percent to 40 percent of women with endometriosis are infertile, making it one of the top three causes of female infertility. Some women don’t find out that they have endometriosis until they have trouble getting pregnant.

If you have endometriosis and want to get pregnant, your health care provider may suggest that you have unprotected sex for six months to a year before you have any treatment for the endometriosis.

The relationship between endometriosis and infertility is an active area of research. Some studies suggest that the condition may change the uterus so it does not accept an embryo. Other work explores whether endometriosis changes the egg, or whether endometriosis gets in the way of moving a fertilized egg to the uterus.
here some info hoped i help

My sister had endometriosis and she did go on fertility drugs. Then when she took a break from the drugs - she got pregnant! She is 36 - so there is hope!

Yes and No, it really depends on where the Endo implants are located. Have you talked to your doctor about this? Endo can cause infertility, but I have Endo and I also have 2 children. I think the best way to find out if you can have a child is by going to your doctor and talking to him/her and see what the best course of action would be for you.

Yes, it's very possible.... Check with your Dr. further for treatments necessary to become pregnant. It may require surgery to further a positive outcome...

you may need medications to get pregnant - you should speak to your OBGYN - and ask for a referal to an infertility specialist, if & when you are fully ready to have a child (mentally & financially)

You can still get pregnant but you might need a little medical help with it.
