Seaway Mall is the largest mall in Welland. It's on Niagara St., north of Woodlawn Rd.

There's a collection of other mini-malls and strip plazas throughout the city, far too numerous and changing to list here.

People from Port Colborne and Fort Erie do go to the Seaway Mall, but more often than not, they bypass it in favour of some of the larger area malls, such as Niagara Square (Niagara Falls), and the Pen Centre (St. Catharines).

The Seaway Mall is in Welland. It is a smallish town of about 50,000 people, but it's pretty close to the more interesting things in Niagara region. Including malls. You're about a 20 minute drive to the Pen Centre in St. Catharines, which is pretty big, and a 30 minute drive to the Niagara Square and the Niagara Factory Outlets, which people travel to visit from the States (Nike, Hilfiger. Body Shop, etc). If you are moving to or visiting Welland, you can find more info about the area on Wikipedia:
