If I have a Cingular Cell Phone purchased in Ohio.....?

But Im on business in Virginia & I wittnes someone chocking in a restaurant. Can I dial 911 on my cell phone & get help in Virgina? Or will it route me back to Ohio?

it will get you help where the phone is located (ohio for you).
