How can AJ leave??? He is much more talented then Sanjaya. Have no idea why people are voting for Sanjaya, maybe it could just be because of his hair. And on the other side, the girls, how can Leslie be voted off??? Simon even said it that she went after 2 strong performances which left less impact on the audience but still he said she was good. Still Antonella is some how surviving, even though she was far the worst of the girls. And some how she's still in. Thats crazy, What do you think of the results?

i HATED them i thought sanjaya should have been out last week even he thought he as going to be voted off there are probably a lot of indians calling for him just to have an indian win not because he is a good singer (which he's not). i couldn't believe the results. i hope he goes next week no matter how good he does.

I was REALLY disappointed last night too! Before I get ahead of myself though, I have been a fan of Idol since the shows debut. This year, however, I was upset with the treatment that some of the contestants that auditioned received.I felt that some handicapped,(emotionally)kids, were exploited. I understand the entertainment factor that the show plays into, but, I thought this years format went too far. I also understand that these kids have to contractually agree to the exposure, but I still found it to be cruel. I know the show is rated as #1, and I think the concept is ingenious. Do you think that there was a different level of harshness this year? Sorry,I got side tracked. I think that AJ should NOT have been voted off, and that Sanjaya did not deserve to stay. I guess the young female base must have voted heavily for him. As far as Antonella, I am outraged!!!! her voice is sub-standard, and for that reason alone she should be gone! I should probably not comment as to the lewd pictures about her on the NET, but for that reason, she is not an IDOL !

I'm upset, Sanjaya should have been voted off. He gave the worst preformance of the night! AJ was just begining to shine. So sad!
Leslie won't be marketable. She doesn't have the IT factor, while she can sing, she just isn't that great. The girls that went home were the right choice!

First, there is no way the show can be rigged. If anyone here is old enough to remember the quiz show scandal in the fifties they know what I mean. Anything that happens behind the scenes that can affect the show must be told. This is a contest and is being watched closely for any irregularities.
Secondly, this is not just a talent contest. It is a beauty, personalty, and talent contest.
Thirdly, did you vote? You can't complain if you didn't.

yes he is much more talented then Sanjaya! I was soo shocked!! Sanjaya was shocked that he had stayed. the judges gave him all the bad comments and AJ the good ones! OMG!

It doesn't matter if anyone votes or not. The final 2 have already been chosen. The fox people are doing things to get good ratings. It's hardly 'American' idol. If the votes counted, Chris Daughtry would have won last year.

I am pretty sure that the one over weight black woman will win it. I am surprised that the other people even try to compete after the way Simon and the others are pretty much just handing the win to her. He told her the other night that if it were up to him, he would tell the others to just go on and buy their tickets back home. That seems to me like it would want to make the others give up already if they have already made up their minds who they want.

i kno!!! it's crazy, i really liked A.J., but its simple Leslie left b/c shes ugly, Antonella is still there b/c she has naked pics online, Sanjaya's still there b/c of his hair and he's popular, it's just a popularity contest and not a singing contest!
