now assumiing that is what you are asking, i will still address one other issue, if the vitim is under the age of 13, so if you have sex with a 12 year old even if she looks 22 has a fake id, you meet her in a bar and she tells you she is 22, you have ogne beyond "carnal knowledge or stat rape" & have hit the big time of agg rape which caries a life sentence.

carnal knowldge convivtion also requires that you register as a sex offender for the next ten years. so think about what you do and if it is worth it. would't you hate if if when you are 25 and you are happily marrried-to someone else and have a child in kindergarten and the school has to pass out flyers to alert all the students and parents that Mr------- is a registered sex offender. Beleive me none of those parents are going to bother to go down to the court house and look up the 8 year old croime and see that it was stat.rape IE consenual sex between you at age 17 & your 14 year old g/f, they will assume they worst.
