Depends what the last name is.
Studies have shown that a person whose initials spell a word are more successful in their careers than those whose don't.
eg. Makayla Isobel Smith = MIS good (not quite miss but close enough!)
Makayla Rose Smith = MRS also good
Makayla Nadine Smith = MNS not good - forgettable.
You could even go for 2 middle names to make it even easier.

I really like Jayne. It means "God is gracious", so it might clash. And Makayla Jayne is very common. I also like Jean (which means the same thing as Jayne), Janae, and Brianne (High, Noble).
