He is nervous because he doesnt want to hold your hand and then you pull away or make a face. if you know he is nervous you need to make the first move and hold his hand letting him know its ok if that doesnt work talking always helps just ask.

I think he has 'anxiety disorder'. y don't you make a move, give signal or body language to let him notice that u like to holding hand.

maybe cux his hands sweat a lot and he scared that you might say something and do some kind of reaction to his sweaty hands...or maybe u got dry hands...
