how do you bat in mlb 2k7 for ps3??

this game is driving me nuts i try moving the controller forward and pressing buttons but it only works like 1 outta 20 times im gonna destroy this game real soon unless someonecan help....PLEASE!!!

you can change your batting in the VIP settings. its under "Batting Interface" its on SIXAXIS right now so u can change it to CLASSIC if u want for X button hit or the other option i forget what it is right now.

i use classic cuz i dont feel like swinging my controller.
have u found out how to play songs from your harddrive yet? let me konw if u do
