She is a little lethargic and has diahorrea. There have been no changes in diet (she normally has leaves and a little fruit) and is in a suitable enclosure with UV and a spotlight. Any ideas?

Try giving it some vegtables that aren't green and leafy, green leafy vegtables don't have much nutrients vallue and can cause diaharea, also try some live food, like earth worms and slugs, they should like them as a side to fruit and vegtables, and it will give the tortise some much needed protien

Double check her temperatures first to see if this is the cause of the lethargy.

Are you usually feeding her fresh produce? This may be why she has diarrhea. Tortoises are grazers and need fiber in their diet. Try adding some hay (or just dry grass that's collected from a place that doesn't use pesticides, herbicides, or other lawn chemicals (maybe a yard near where you live). Cut the grass by hand (lawnmowers might leave some residue on the grass). You can also buy timothy hay at pet stores - they have it for small mammals. Mix this with her fresh greens so it's about half and half.

Dandelion leaves are good, plus leaves of a weed called plantain - here's a picture of what it looks like: http://plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symbol=PLMA2&photoID=plma2_005_avp.tif

make sure your using romaine lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce. www.chelonia.org is a great site. too much fruit can cause it too. and in the warmer months you should let it out to eat clover and dandelion etc.. natural sunlight is always better than artificial.
