Why r u worrying!
Maybe her hormones have not developed fully yet!!
If u feel something is wrong then go to a doctor.
She is not the only one with what some would call a"delayed period"
I have a friend who is 19 and has not yet start her period yet,
when brought to the doc. The doc. said 'her hormones have not developed fully yet.'
So don't fret it happens

girl's period can begin as early as age 8 and as late as age 16. The average age when a girl gets her period is usually about 12.5 to 18 years old (usually about 2 years after breast development). Because your cousin is nearing age 17 and has not had her first period, please talk to your doctor about it.

If she has never had a period she needs to set an appt with an ob they will likely put her on a birthcontrol pill whether she is sexually active or not because its been proven to regulate menstrual cycles. But if she may be pregnant take a home preg test and follow up with a doctor.

My mom had the same problem. turned out she had a retroverted uterus. Check with your doctor.

As for me, I'm just fine. I've had it since I was 12 1/2.

Tell her to take a pregnancy test and take it from there. If she is pregnant tell the guy, then tell her parents, then tell his parents, and then decide what is best for the child. Adoption or raising the child yourself.
