No it isn't racist. People of all races in this country have referred to their wayward as the black sheep. In WWII the was a Marine Flying outfit referred to as the Black Sheep Sq. It was commanded by Pappy Bowington.
Where does racism start If the person that is saying it and knows that they are mocking another person for their race then that is the real start, also when a person is of another race interprets it as racism, this can be the start. Often it is starts with ignorance on both sides. I don't have to tell you or anyone else when as You know already whether you are being hateful or not

sorry i don't know the people.....i don't think baa baa black sheep is racist because you get black sheep, but schools aren't allowed to sing it now they have to sing baa baa white sheep and they cant say black board any more even though it is the colour black it has to be called a chalk board in these cases i think people who make these policies have just gone mad and way over the top, the bottom line is we have a colour that is black.

well it depends o n wh you sing that song to and why. And being racist is making comments that are most of the time sterotypes of what that race is like for example all black people are loud. not true the majority yes but not all, or saying all black people like chicken. Or all people in West VA are releated. Calling white people Krackers or honkies ( sorry so blunt) that is racist. Calling black people the n-word any one can be the n-word. Just make sure you watch what you say to certain people. I am not one of those people who think that oooh black people can call other black people the n-word but if i hear a white one say it ohhh i am going to beat they tail nah I am not like that. But racism is a touchy subject and everyone has their own views on it.

Racism is a bit like beauty in being "in the eyes of the beholder". so if you do not think "Ba Ba blacksheep is racist it isn't. To some people it is racist to call a Scotsman "Jock" or an Irishman "Paddy" even though most Scots seem to like being called Jock and most Irish like being called "Paddy" English cricket supporters who were christianed "the barmy army" by Australian sports reporters like the term so much they all started singing it with pride, except one who decided it was "racist" . So to him it was racist, to the rest it was NOT.
