It depends on whether your signing up for a new contract or not. With a new contract it would be between $50 and $100. Without a new contract, it would be between $100 and $200.

With a contract, you can get them for $0 to about $50, depending on carrier and contract length.
Without, expect to pay $250 or so.

they start at 200, though is you have service like tmobile you can get rebates for 25 up to 50 if they have their little deal going on. this link will take you to amazon. phone there starts at 160

It depends were you get from. I got mine from T-mobile which was $100.00
